chalk does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Your drawings live entirely on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
The app does not use analytics, crash reporting, or any third-party tracking. No account is required.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. When you make a purchase, Apple handles your payment information according to Apple's Privacy Policy. chalk only receives confirmation that the purchase was completed.

By downloading and using chalk, you agree to these terms.
License. chalk is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.
Purchase. The unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Once purchased, it is yours permanently on all your devices via Apple's restore mechanism. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policy.
No warranty. chalk is provided as-is. I do my best to keep it working, but I can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or available at all times.
Changes. I may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
